  No. There is no automatic renewal, including for the one-month licence. A reminder is sent 15 days before expiry. You need to renew your licence to continue using Pro. A lifetime licence does not need to be renewed.Few readers

  No. Your settings are not deleted when your licence expires. Keeping them does not keep the Pro tag running: an active licence is required to continue using the service. You do not need to recreate your settings simply because your licence has expired.Few readers

• How do I receive my invoice?

  After a card payment, your invoice is sent automatically by email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then contact me with the email address used for the purchase so I can locate your order.Few readers

• Does the lifetime licence require a subscription?

  No. The lifetime licence is a single payment of €690 excluding VAT. It provides access to Pro features without periodic renewal, with the same unlimited websites and traffic as the other licence durations.Few readers

• Can I create a separate login for each client?

  No. tarteaucitron does not offer subaccounts, account sharing or client access restricted to one website. A licence can cover multiple client websites, but their settings are managed from the account that holds the licence.Few readers

• Can I pay by bank transfer?

  Yes, bank transfers are accepted. This option is not offered directly at checkout: contact me to arrange payment. If you prefer a self-service purchase with automatic activation after payment, you can pay by card instead.Few readers

  Yes. Agencies, freelancers and developers can use a single Pro licence on client websites, with no limit on the number of sites. However, there are no subaccounts or separate client logins: management remains centralised in your account.Few readers

• How do I pay by card?

  You can purchase your licence by card through the checkout process without contacting me. Once payment is confirmed, the licence is activated automatically and the invoice is sent by email. You do not need to request manual activation for a card purchase.Few readers
