# Does tarteaucitron only work with WordPress?

No. tarteaucitron can be installed on WordPress, other CMS platforms or a custom-built website. With Pro, automatic mode uses a JavaScript tag in the website’s head. The WordPress plugin provides another installation method and is exclusively for the Pro version.
